Oh my gosh, can it really be? Is WhatsApp finally really available on the iPad? Looks like it is. From the latest “What’s new” section from the app store:
• WhatsApp is now officially available on iPad. Supports features such as Stage Manager, Split View and Slide Over. To get started, go to the App Store on your iPad. • You can now start voice chats in all groups to connect live over audio without ringing. Swipe up and hold in a group to get started. • You can now select and copy parts of a message. To get started, long press any message and select to highlight text. These features will roll out over the coming weeks. Thanks for using WhatsApp!

Oh boy, I have a new student loan servicer. How exciting is that? According to this Email that I only half understand because I don’t possess a doctorate in accounting, they are pleased to be my new servicer. I’m willing to bet they are more pleased than I am about this.
I’ve been playing with something called MyMind, a service that supposedly auto-categorizes anything you throw at it, be it an image, a link to bookmark, product page, Reddit post, note, or anything else. The idea is that you send whatever it is to MyMind without worrying about how it should be categorized and let the AI do its categorization magic, knowing that later, you can retrieve it without trying to remember where you might have saved it in the first place. I find the concept rather intriguing, as I have a bunch of bookmarks that have become disorganized mess, and additional content I’ve saved somewhere knowing I’d need it again, but I have no idea where I might have saved it, likely somewhere that made sense at the time. Unfortunately, there seem to be some accessibility issues with the service and so I definitely need to explore this a bit more. If you’re using MyMind though, I’d love to talk to you about how you’re using it. If you’re using a similar service, I’d love to learn more about that too.
