AT&T Announces Data Plan Changes for iPhone and iPad Users

Charging for tethering is very unfair in my opinion, after all, with these new plans, consumers will pay for their data usage anyway. I mean if I tether my laptop and use 5 GB of data, I’ll wind up paying for it. Why should I have to pay the data costs and an extra $20 just to tether? What do I actually get for that extra $20?
